Regional Sales Manager – Nevada & Utah

About the role

Sandvik Mining is seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to lead its Parts & Services business across Nevada and Utah. Based in Elko, NV, you will coach a team of sales representatives, drive revenue growth, and act as the commercial champion for machine rebuilds, components, and rock drill solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of ~5 Parts & Services Sales Representatives.
• Execute national sales strategies to grow the Parts & Services portfolio in the region.
• Build and convert a strong sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined account and opportunity management.
• Champion the Machine Rebuilds and Components portfolios, supporting growth targets.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager on Rock Drills execution and market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience in a B2B environment, preferably within mining or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Strong customer‑facing orientation with a focus on relationship building.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capabilities.
