Regional Recruiter

About the role

Chipotle is seeking a Regional Recruiter to partner with restaurant leadership and drive talent acquisition across its locations. In this role you will lead searches for Restaurant Managers and other field leadership positions, while shaping regional recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Creatively source, screen, and guide selection for Restaurant Manager and field leadership roles.
• Facilitate internal interview processes for regional leadership positions.
• Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies based on hiring trends and business priorities.
• Lead hourly recruiting efforts, address staffing gaps, and drive applicant flow.
• Coach leaders on best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, support teams, and Centers of Excellence to implement market‑specific recruitment initiatives.
• Support talent succession planning and understand business needs.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in multi‑unit restaurant or retail environments.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills with business leaders.
• Results‑driven mindset with ability to manage short‑ and long‑term projects.
