Regional Quality Director

About the role

The Regional Quality Director provides strategic leadership and direction for quality performance across multiple manufacturing facilities within the assigned region. This role drives a culture of quality excellence, ensures compliance with regulatory, customer and certification requirements, and aligns regional quality initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support and guide Plant Quality Managers, quality teams and plant Operations Managers to achieve regional quality goals.
• Connect plant teams with corporate resources, training, subject‑matter experts and sister plants to enable quality improvements.
• Review customer complaints and claims for thorough investigation, root‑cause identification and effective corrective actions.
• Share impactful learnings across the network and ensure implementation where appropriate.
• Cascade quality initiatives, objectives and plans from top management through plant teams and support successful execution.
• Provide strategic guidance to the region to achieve quality objectives.
• Lead plant activities related to potential legal actions arising from customer quality events.

Required profile

• Proven ability to provide strategic leadership for quality performance across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, Commercial, Engineering and Corporate Quality functions.
• Strong capability to drive continuous improvement and customer‑satisfaction initiatives.
