Regional Property Manager

About the role

This is a high‑visibility, hands‑on leadership position overseeing a portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties across the Western United States. The role requires frequent on‑site presence, direct interaction with Community Managers, maintenance teams, residents, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple multifamily communities, ensuring consistency and operational excellence.
• Conduct regular property inspections, manage maintenance activities, capital projects, and overall asset performance.
• Monitor financial reports, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive profitability.
• Lead strategic leasing and marketing initiatives to meet occupancy, retention, and revenue goals.
• Train, mentor, and develop Property Managers and on‑site teams.
• Schedule and manage vendors for routine maintenance and upkeep.
• Tour communities regularly to assess appearance, resident satisfaction, and recommend improvements.
• Supervise move‑out inspections, unit renovations, and coordinate move‑ins to minimize vacancy loss.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven multifamily property management experience, including regional or multi‑site oversight.
• High School Diploma; post‑secondary education is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities with on‑site staff.
