Regional Operations Manager – Lead 10 Shops

About the role

Pret A Manger US is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of ten shop locations. You will own regional performance end‑to‑end, driving financial results, operational excellence, and a consistently outstanding guest experience while translating corporate strategy into daily execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop high‑performance leadership across all stores.
• Create a strong internal succession pipeline for shop managers.
• Coach General Managers and Assistant General Managers to raise capability and performance.
• Identify, recruit, and develop high‑potential internal and external talent.
• Foster a positive, high‑energy, team‑oriented environment and a healthy competitive spirit.
• Lead disciplined, results‑oriented culture focused on core KPIs.
• Diagnose performance gaps using data and take decisive, timely action.
• Ensure consistent execution of Pret standards and elevate hospitality in real time.
