About the role
Uber Delivery is expanding its instant delivery platform and seeks a Regional Operations Manager II to partner with top brands on Uber Eats. You will help these merchants improve performance, scale operations, and drive growth through data‑driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous problems, conduct deep analysis, and share insights with senior stakeholders.
- Design and implement tools, processes, and frameworks that enable scalable operations across partner organizations.
- Prioritize business initiatives using analytical models and project future outcomes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align decisions and drive execution.
Required profile
- At least 3.5 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, technology, finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven ability to manage senior, cross‑functional stakeholders and thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.
