Regional Manager of Strategic Initiatives

About the role

Adecco is looking for a Regional Manager of Strategic Initiatives in the US. The role provides general and confidential administrative support to one or more members of the second tier of management, such as an SVP or VP Administration within a division. It involves planning, organizing and scheduling within established guidelines, working under general supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate activities for the SVP and their direct reports within the division.
• Review and summarize reports and documents, and prepare correspondence, presentations and reports as needed.
• Manage multiple projects with minimal supervision, following through on issues in a timely manner.
• Handle confidential materials, including compensation and other human resource-related inquiries and requests from Corporate and Field.
• Maintain the SVP's calendars, schedule appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements.
• Take part in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent, plus 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a related role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of organization practices and policies.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to learn new software packages quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

What we offer

• Anticipated annual base salary of $72,197 - $132,360, depending on experience, education, skills and location, plus incentive compensation.
