Regional Manager - Neurosurgical (Field-Based)

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Regional Manager for its Neurosurgical (NS) product portfolio, which supports technologies used in cranial, spinal and neurosurgical procedures. The role is field-based and leads a team that oversees sales performance, team development and customer relationships while helping execute regional business objectives across complex healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop sales representatives to meet regional sales objectives and territory performance goals.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop sales talent to build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Build and sustain a positive team culture through coaching, accountability, recognition of achievements and reinforcement of organizational values.
• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with sales objectives, customer needs and market opportunities.
• Analyze territory performance, market trends and customer activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to give sales coaching, performance feedback and professional development support.
• Partner with marketing, finance, operations and customer support teams to run business initiatives and address customer needs.
• Monitor key business metrics, forecasts and sales performance to support regional goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience and minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities and business metrics.
• Experience managing forecasts, budgets or other business performance measures.
• Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or a related field; experience in medical device, healthcare, surgical or healthcare technology industries; experience leading field-based sales teams across multiple territories.

What we offer

• Salary of $216,578 - $283,410 plus bonus and benefits, based on skills, experience and other factors.
• 50% travel percentage.
