Arterial Account Manager - Peripheral Vascular (New York Metro)

About the role

Stryker is looking for an Arterial Account Manager in the New York metro area to lead program development for PAD and CLTI therapies. The role is field-based and involves working autonomously with physicians, health system leaders, interventionalists, vascular surgeons and service line leadership to build, launch and scale programs such as PAD and LimFlow. It works closely with local Account Managers and Field Clinical Specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new growth opportunities and unmet clinical needs in PAD and CLTI patient populations.
• Build alignment with physician champions and hospital leadership.
• Drive therapy adoption through education, clinical expertise and program-building.
• Expand access to the Artix and LimFlow portfolios and coordinate strategies with VTE Account Managers.
• Deliver presentations on clinical and financial benefits to physicians and hospital administration.
• Provide product feedback to R&D and Marketing and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert on national calls and training, and support new hire onboarding with Sales Leadership and Medical Education.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of medical device field sales experience.
• Demonstrated history of consistent quota attainment.
• Current certifications and vendor credentials.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of Stryker or Inari sales/clinical experience and previous experience in the peripheral arterial space.

Required skills

• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, reporting).
• Excellent presentation skills and written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and use company systems and tools.

• Base plus commission of $125,000, with possible additional commission and bonuses.
