Associate Sales Representative - Interventional Spine (IVS)

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Associate Sales Representative for its Interventional Spine (IVS) business in Long Island, NY. This field-based position supports healthcare professionals and technologies that improve patient care, working alongside an experienced Sales Representative to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures and contribute to territory growth. It offers exposure to sales, clinical environments and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Support territory growth by helping with sales activities, account management and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures and customer interactions in operating rooms, office-based and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians and healthcare staff.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability and case preparation within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development.
• Take part in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory, including customer sites, healthcare facilities and business meetings.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management or a customer-facing role.
• Preferred: experience managing responsibilities through work, athletics, academic programs, military service or leadership activities.
• Preferred: exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences or B2B sales, and experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

What we offer

• Base salary and draw plus commission, $70,000-$84,000, with possible eligibility for additional commission and bonuses.
