Regional Manager

About the role

Children’s Dental FunZone is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the West Covina office, ensuring efficient operations, excellent patient experiences, and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the West Covina office team to meet company goals and deliver outstanding patient experiences.
• Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and office performance.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and training to managers and staff.
• Analyze KPIs, production goals, and operational reports to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with executive leadership to implement new processes, strategies, and company initiatives.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture while ensuring accountability.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of Dental Management or Regional/District Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HMO, PPO, and Denti‑Cal.
• Proven ability to lead large teams (15+ staff).
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ortho experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
