Regional Maintenance Manager – Lead Multi‑Site Maintenance Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites. You will lead Maintenance Managers, develop strategic maintenance programs, and ensure operational excellence throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers, Area Maintenance Managers, service technicians, and automation engineers across several locations.
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage regional budgets, capital spending plans, and cost‑analysis activities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and partner with site safety leadership to audit programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, external contractors, and network‑level initiatives.
• Travel up to 80% domestically to support sites and drive consistent operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading multi‑site maintenance teams in an industrial or production environment.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and capital planning.
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
