About the role

As a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to retail leadership across the region, shaping people strategies that drive business performance and growth. You will collaborate closely with General Managers and senior leaders to align talent initiatives with operational priorities and company values.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional and retail leadership to develop and execute people strategies supporting business objectives and long‑term growth.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Leverage workforce analytics and organizational trends to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive measurable results.
• Coach retail leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve employee engagement, and build high‑performing teams.
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes, identifying critical roles and developing pipelines.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to address critical talent needs, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Drive performance management processes that align individual performance with business goals.
• Act as a strategic consultant during periods of growth, transformation, and change.
• Champion a culture of engagement, inclusion, and accountability.
• Ensure people practices comply with employment laws while balancing risk management and business success.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Employee Relations) to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
