Regional General Manager – South Florida

About the role

All Roads Trucks is seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to lead its Kenworth locations across South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Riviera Beach, Naples and Fort Pierce. The role focuses on driving growth, managing budgets, mentoring teams and delivering strong financial results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across four dealership locations.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales and service revenue.
• Foster an exceptional customer‑service culture and strong work habits.
• Improve team productivity and streamline internal processes.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor expenses, manage financial performance, and report results.
• Build and maintain partnerships with customers and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; college degree a plus.
• 5+ years of commercial truck management experience (sales, parts, service).
• Proven success managing multiple locations and achieving company goals.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Work authorization in the United States (no H‑1B sponsorship).
