Recruitment Subject Matter Expert (Contract)

About the role

Turing is looking for an experienced Recruitment Subject Matter Expert to help evaluate and improve AI‑driven hiring workflows. This fully remote, four‑week contract will focus on building realistic recruiting scenarios and testing AI outputs for sourcing, screening, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic hiring and recruiting workflow scenarios for AI evaluation.
• Assess AI‑generated sourcing, screening, and recruiting outputs.
• Build synthetic candidate profiles, job requisitions, and scorecards.
• Identify edge cases such as duplicate applications, offer approval failures, and ATS/HRIS sync issues.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, HRBP, TA Operations, or HR Operations.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or Workday.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Solid knowledge of recruiting workflows and hiring operations.
