Recruiting Sourcer – High‑Volume Clinical Talent (Contract)

About the role

Huddle Up is seeking two Recruiting Sourcers to build a pipeline of qualified clinicians for school‑based therapy services. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Recruitment, you will operate in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, sourcing Speech‑Language Pathologists, School Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and clinical managers to define candidate profiles for SLP, SP and OT roles.
• Conduct Boolean and X‑ray searches across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, licensure boards and other resume databases.
• Post openings on job boards and social media, and craft outreach messages aligned with Huddle Up’s mission.
• Build and nurture pipelines of active and passive candidates, scheduling interviews with recruiters.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and internal sourcing trackers.
• Stay updated on state licensure requirements and school hiring timelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience sourcing licensed healthcare or education professionals, preferably school‑based clinicians.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑directed and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.
