Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and shepherd candidates and clients through interview and hiring stages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with client hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to placement.
