Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed hiring targets and service level agreements.
• Develop, train, and evaluate direct reports to maintain optimal team performance.
• Coordinate with field service teams and senior management to implement corporate initiatives efficiently.
• Monitor labor legislation changes and adjust recruitment processes accordingly.
• Achieve recruiting goals for various education district programs.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or related management roles.
• Strong understanding of onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership and problem‑solving skills.
