About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Recruiting Manager (Manager 2) to lead a high‑performing team of recruiters in Omaha or San Francisco. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with office days to support business needs. You will shape scalable talent acquisition programs, drive data‑informed decisions, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters delivering high‑quality candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment.
• Build a culture of performance, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Design and iterate recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement motions.
• Create templated processes, messaging frameworks, and best‑practice guides for consistent execution.
• Own hiring targets, funnel health, candidate quality standards, and recruiter productivity metrics.
• Use data to optimize sourcing, forecast capacity, and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with analytics and operations teams to build dashboards, insights, and reporting mechanisms.
