Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Menlo Security is looking for an organized, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join its global Talent Acquisition team. You will own end‑to‑end interview logistics, candidate communications, and ATS administration for fast‑moving technical and business hiring loops across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate multi‑stage interview loops across global time zones, handling coding assessments, technical reviews, executive panels and security evaluations.
• Manage calendar conflicts, room bookings and virtual conference links using scheduling tools and AI‑assisted availability matching.
• Provide a white‑glove candidate experience from initial screen through offer acceptance, delivering clear itineraries and interview guidelines.
• Maintain ATS data integrity, ensure timely compliance checks and collect interview feedback within defined SLAs.
• Track and report on key metrics such as time‑to‑schedule, scheduling efficiency, feedback completion rate and candidate NPS.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills with a candidate‑first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and AI‑assisted availability matching.
