Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

Brain Co. is seeking a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support its fast‑moving hiring efforts. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience and keep recruiting operations organized, working directly with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across time zones, handling logistics and preparation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing updates.
• Maintain and clean the ATS (Ashby), managing candidate records, interview plans, and internal notes.
• Support recruiting processes, assist with sourcing projects, and handle ad‑hoc recruiting tasks.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or operations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable on Zoom.
• Willing and able to work on‑site at the San Francisco headquarters.

Required skills

• Experience with Ashby (ATS).
• Proficiency in Google Calendar for scheduling.
• Familiarity with Slack for team communication.
• Use of Notion for documentation and workflow tracking.
• Comfort with Zoom for virtual meetings.
