Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our in‑house talent team in New York City. You will partner with hiring managers across the organization to attract, assess and secure top talent for a variety of functions and seniority levels.

Key responsibilities

• Source and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a fit with the company’s standards.
• Provide high‑touch candidate experience through proactive communication and support.
• Manage interview scheduling, maintain candidate records and reconcile team expenses.
• Support special projects such as market research, process improvements and external partnership development.
