Recruiter – Service Team

About the role

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support its North America Service organization. The role requires a creative, non‑traditional approach to talent acquisition and a strong passion for Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, and interview candidates.
• Act as a consultative recruiting partner to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Deeply understand each role’s requirements and how it fits within the Service organization.
• Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Identify creative outreach methods to capture candidate attention.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions and client relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates in a high‑volume recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Strong sense of urgency, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with accurate documentation in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and a blend of corporate and agency recruiting is preferred.
