Recruiter / Senior Recruiter (Hybrid, Columbus, OH)

About the role

Matic is looking for a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring across insurance sales, customer service and other functions. The role partners with leaders and executives to assess, attract and secure top talent while working in a hybrid setting at our Columbus office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Drive active sourcing using personal networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other social recruiting strategies.
• Develop and execute long‑term hiring strategies that elevate business unit performance.
• Leverage data and metrics to continuously improve sourcing and selection approaches.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to shape assessment and interview processes.

Required profile

• 1‑5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably with sales recruiting.
• Proven ability to recruit for multiple departments and seniority levels, including sales and customer service.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring leaders to design interview frameworks.
• Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and HRIS (BambooHR preferred).
• Based in Columbus, Ohio and able to commute to the Brewery District for a hybrid schedule.
