Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition (Onsite)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its in‑house talent acquisition team in Castleton, IN. You will own the full life‑cycle hiring process for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and Kelly’s Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain fair, consistent selection practices.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and adaptability skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
