Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Recruiting in Grand Rapids

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join its Grand Rapids office. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring for a range of industrial and warehouse positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, equitable process.

Key responsibilities

• Full life‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, consistent assessment and selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client is strongly preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and HR partners.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented with strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
