Recruiter – Full Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

RED Group is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive full‑cycle talent acquisition across its industrial control systems business. You will partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create recruiting strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles and recruiting strategies.
• Create and manage job requisitions; post openings on job boards, social media and the company career site.
• Source and engage both passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and creative outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
• Document hiring manager feedback and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Extend offers, manage negotiations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruiting metrics.
• Support employer branding, internship program execution, employee referral initiatives and recruiting events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a technology or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and meeting time‑to‑fill targets.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
