Recruiter – Full Cycle Recruiting (Sanford, NC)

About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage full‑life‑cycle hiring for a range of positions in an industrial/warehouse environment. Based in Sanford, NC, you will work on‑site collaborating with hiring managers and candidates to drive talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and the Avature ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
• Adaptable to changing or ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with the Avature applicant tracking system.
