About the role

Kelly is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to support high‑volume hiring for its in‑house talent acquisition team in Peachtree Corners, GA. You will act as the central point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview experience and accurate data management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for multiple roles, handling time‑zone differences and reschedules.
• Manage complex calendars for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in recruiting systems, supporting reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Assist with candidate outreach, job fairs, walk‑ins, I‑9 verification, drug screens, and order compliance.
• Support daily recruiting operations alongside Talent Acquisition Leads.
• Identify and propose improvements to coordination workflows.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills across teams and with candidates.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
