About the role

Kelly is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in West Allis, WI. You will manage full‑life‑cycle recruiting for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, ensuring the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain fair, consistent selection processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse setting.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to work with urgency.
• Excellent time‑management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptable to changing and ambiguous situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
