Reconstruction Project Manager

About the role

Join Advanced Disaster Recovery, Inc. as a Reconstruction Project Manager and lead residential and commercial restoration projects after disasters. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety while delivering high‑quality reconstruction work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project costs, budgets, and production schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor relationships, recruit new subcontractors, and manage in‑house trade staff.
• Ensure quality control, site safety, and timely completion of fire, water, mold, lead paint, and asbestos remediation projects.
• Handle operational sales, brand development, and collection of project funds.
• Maintain customer and tenant relations and support ongoing training of team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of related experience.
• Positive attitude, reliable, accountable, and able to work in high‑paced, stressful environments.
• Willingness to participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rotation for emergency losses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers, phones, and mobile platforms.
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, supervisory, and leadership abilities.
