About the role
Legacy Toyota of Dallas is seeking friendly and professional Receptionists to be the first point of contact for our customers. You will handle incoming calls, greet callers, and support daily office operations in a fast‑paced automotive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and route them to the appropriate department or employee.
- Take and deliver written messages for occupied staff.
- Coordinate customer questions and issues with the relevant department.
- Address or escalate customer concerns as needed.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, sending bills, ordering supplies, and other office duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- No prior experience required, though automotive dealership, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus.
- High energy, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and composure under stress.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
- Professional appearance and work ethic; team‑oriented mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
