About the role

This full‑time receptionist position supports the Grandview clinic by greeting patients, managing paperwork, and acting as a liaison between visitors and medical staff. The role ensures smooth front‑office operations and upholds patient confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
Collect and verify demographic, insurance information, and copy of insurance cards and driver’s license.
Register new patients, prepare and organize charts, and notify nursing staff of arrivals.
Collect co‑pays, deductibles, and issue receipts as needed.
Maintain a neat lobby area and handle “no‑show” notifications.
Prepare correspondence, memos, and forms as requested.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
Understanding of patient confidentiality and front‑office policies.
Ability to perform basic administrative tasks and handle cash transactions.
