Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney

About the role

Join a leading full‑service law firm with a strong Southeast presence as a Real Estate Transactional Associate. You will work on high‑value commercial real‑estate transactions, collaborating with a supportive team that values mentorship and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development contracts.
• Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing, including construction and permanent loan documentation.
• Prepare easement agreements, restrictive covenants, and related instruments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on zoning, land‑use, environmental, and regulatory matters.
• Support clients throughout multi‑phase development projects from concept to completion.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum five years of commercial real‑estate transactional experience in a law firm.
• Proven ability to handle complex deals independently.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
