Real Estate Project Executive

About the role

Google’s Real Estate team is looking for a seasoned Project Executive to lead the delivery of new workplace spaces across the Americas. You will act as the strategic driver for physical space projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to Google’s high standards of sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional and global specialist teams and external suppliers to deliver workplace projects from inception to completion.
• Co‑create real‑estate strategy, conduct technical due‑diligence, and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Develop project briefs, define procurement strategies, and own budgets and master schedules.
• Oversee design processes, ensuring quality and budget alignment with benchmarks.
• Maintain construction oversight through site walks, weekly project meetings, and risk management.
• Facilitate transparent stakeholder communication and alignment across regional and central teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing the full project lifecycle in real‑estate, including design oversight, construction management, and agreement administration.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in a fast‑paced technology environment with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong ability to produce executive presentations and communicate project status to senior stakeholders.
• Creative thinker capable of delivering innovative, non‑standard solutions.
