About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Data Entry Operator to support a leading real‑estate firm. The position offers a flexible remote work arrangement and the chance to contribute to accurate property data management.

Key responsibilities

• Update and add transactions, client information, and real‑estate data to the database.
• Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve any data discrepancies.

• Assist in creating reports and presentations using the collected data.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Solid background in data entry or a related field.
• Strong command of language and procedures used in real‑estate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using data‑entry software or similar applications.
