About the role

RGroup Realty is seeking a licensed Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of 75‑125 doors in the Tucson Foothills area. The role functions as a portfolio‑CEO, combining recurring income with commission upside while leveraging advanced automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly property inspections and drive‑by monitoring to identify risks.
• Lead monthly strategy calls and annual performance reviews for landlords.
• Manage tenant renewal cycles, occupancy stabilization, and relationship oversight.
• Coordinate maintenance through automated workflows and ensure timely escalation of issues.

Required profile

• Active Arizona real‑estate license in good standing with the MLS.
• Experience using CRM and digital workflow systems.
• Strong advisory and communication abilities.
• Independent‑contractor mindset; responsible for taxes and benefits.
