About the role

APEX TK seeks a Radar Requirements Analyst to support Missile Defense Agency ground sensor programs. The analyst will manage requirements using IBM Rational DOORS and model‑based tools, ensuring alignment with defense specifications.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with DoD, industry, and 4th‑estate teams to manage requirements for multiple radar and sensor systems.
Capture technical specifications in DOORS and/or CAMEO, compare prime item specs to government requirements, and coordinate resolutions.
Maintain databases and system models per MDA best practices and support technical reviews such as TRRs, TIMs, PDR, CDR, and FDR.

Required profile

Active Secret clearance or higher.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (or equivalent experience) with 8+ years of related professional experience.

Required skills

Proficiency with IBM Rational DOORS and DXL/Macro scripting.
Experience in Model‑Based Systems Engineering (SysML) using CAMEO.
Knowledge of radar systems, missile‑warning, and electronic warfare principles.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
