Quality Training Lead – Global Training Center

About the role

The Quality Training Lead will represent Sanofi's Global Training Center at a senior level, ensuring strategic alignment and continuity across worldwide operations. This role drives continuous improvement in training methodologies, compliance, and quality assurance within a leading AI‑powered biopharma environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior representative of the Global Training Center, aligning training strategy with global business needs.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement through Communities of Practice and innovative training methods.
• Own governance of training matrices, plans, and learning content, ensuring compliance with GMP, GxP and regulatory standards.
• Define and monitor KPIs to detect compliance gaps, evaluate training effectiveness, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with VR&D sites worldwide to harmonize training practices and maintain a unified compliance culture.
• Partner with the Head of Global Training Center to design and execute initiatives that simplify and standardize training at scale.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for training compliance related to deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Guide SMEs in creating and revising training materials, reviewing and approving content for regulatory compliance.
• Lead high‑visibility pilot projects and global training initiatives that set new industry benchmarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; scientific degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning management, quality, compliance, documentation, or quality assurance.
• Experience in educational settings is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Quality Assurance or compliance experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries.
• Familiarity with GxP training requirements and GMP regulations.
