Quality Technician – 1st Shift

About the role

Bosch Power Tools in West Memphis is looking for a dedicated Quality Technician to join the 1st shift team. You will play a key role in maintaining ISO 9001 compliance, handling customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement across the distribution operation.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor all ISO 9001 documentation, including Work Procedure Instructions, internal audit records, and measurement system information.
• Investigate customer complaint issues, update the complaint tracker, and report daily findings and corrective actions to the Quality Manager.
• Update and monitor key performance indicators for Distribution Quality, Sales Quality, Customer Service Level 2, and the Customer Query System.
• Maintain the SIA Master Data spreadsheet for accuracy and completeness on a daily basis.
• Refresh QA boards with critical safety, KPI, and quality information.
• Conduct inspections of inventory related to customer complaints or internal failures.
• Develop and execute daily housekeeping plans to keep designated areas clean and organized.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Finance preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Basic knowledge of SAP, JDA, Blue Yonder or similar WMS systems
• Understanding of Production Planning, Materials Management, and MRP
• Familiarity with quality frameworks such as ISO, BPS, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen
