Quality Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality Technicians at an HVAC manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, TX. The role involves training, mentorship, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day activities of Quality Technicians, providing training and mentorship.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Support internal and external audits, monitor and analyze quality KPIs.
• Drive APQP activities, including PFMEA reviews, control plan development, and process validation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and quality tools.
• Experience in HVAC, metal fabrication or similar manufacturing is a plus.
