Quality & Regulatory Compliance Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Quality & Regulatory Compliance Lead to own and drive our quality management system and regulatory programmes within a specialist electronics manufacturing environment. This on‑site position in Irving, Texas offers autonomy to shape processes and make a visible impact on product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure ISO compliance.
• Manage product and service regulatory compliance for electronic assembly and manufacturing.
• Oversee RMA, CAPA and non‑conformance handling, driving root‑cause resolution.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and supplier quality assessments.
• Conduct internal and external audits, and support international travel as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality engineering, compliance or QMS leadership within electronics/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, audit execution and regulatory requirements.
• Track record of managing RMAs, CAPAs and structured problem‑solving initiatives.
• Project‑management experience in regulated or high‑reliability manufacturing settings.
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
