Quality Program Manager

About the role

Create Wellness is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Program Manager to lead the quality foundation that supports the company’s growth. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will oversee quality systems, documentation, and compliance across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the NSF Certified for Sport program, coordinating testing, sample submissions, and certification timelines.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee change control, deviation management, and CAPA processes.
• Own quality documentation such as batch records, COAs, and specifications, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Investigate out‑of‑specification results, non‑conformances, and resolve quality issues with co‑manufacturers.
• Serve as primary contact for quality‑related follow‑ups with labs, contract manufacturers, and external partners.
• Manage stability (shelf‑life) testing programs and provide strategic recommendations based on data.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in quality or compliance within dietary supplements, food, beverage, or consumer products.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive issues to resolution without heavy oversight.
