Quality Manager for Hyperscale Data Center Construction

About the role

Rinvio is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality program for a large hyperscale data center construction project in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This full‑time, on‑site role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure project documentation and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Own or support quality program leadership, including ITPs, inspections, NCRs, punch lists, documentation, and turnover readiness.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Maintain current, accurate project documentation for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.

Required profile

• Experience with inspections, ITPs, punch, NCRs, test packages, turnover documentation, and field quality checks.
• Ability to clearly document deficiencies and follow issues through corrective action and closeout.
• Background in large commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, or data‑center construction.
• Willingness to work on site in Wichita Falls, TX on a 50‑hour/week schedule.
