Superintendent – Off‑Site Manufacturing

About the role

Rinvio is seeking a Superintendent to lead off‑site manufacturing activities for a large hyperscale data‑center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This full‑time, on‑site position involves a fast‑paced 50‑hour work week supporting critical project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own or support off‑site manufacturing field/shop coordination, production tracking, logistics, QA, and installation readiness.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Maintain current, accurate project documentation for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and close‑out items through resolution.

Required profile

• Strong field leadership with subcontractor, craft, and daily work‑planning experience.
• Experience in large commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, or data‑center construction.
• Ability to work on‑site in Wichita Falls, TX on a 50‑hour/week schedule.
• Excellent documentation habits, safety awareness, and cross‑trade coordination skills.
