Quality Management Lead

About the role

The Quality Management Lead will be the primary point of contact for North American EDM customers on all quality‑related matters. Based in Hillsboro, Oregon, you will support business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the local quality liaison for third‑party labs and supplier audits.

Key responsibilities

• Handle non‑conformance (NC) cases, quality inquiries, and coordinate customer audits.
• Manage the upload of Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and production resumes to customer systems.
• Prepare and communicate Process Change Notices (PCN) and white papers.
• Collaborate with the NA business team and production CQM teams to meet customer quality requirements.
• Investigate customer complaints, gather information, and provide timely responses.
• Evaluate and qualify third‑party QC laboratories in collaboration with production sites.
• Support supplier management activities, including audits and visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or quality field.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑facing skills.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Statistics, MBA or related discipline.
• Fluent English (both spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.
