Quality Inspector – Night Shift

About the role

The Quality Inspector works the night shift to ensure that all incoming materials and finished products meet AHF Products' quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will perform visual and measurement inspections, document results, and collaborate with production staff to maintain high product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual and measurement tests, rejecting or returning non‑conforming materials.
• Inspect in‑process production, verify specifications, and communicate adjustments to operators and supervisors.
• Approve products using quality tools, return non‑conforming items for rework, and verify completed rework.
• Place questionable products on hold, identify waste, and report findings.
• Document inspection results in reports, logs, and quality databases.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment, reporting repair needs.
• Follow safety, legal, and company procedures to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Participate in training, follow the AHF Quality Control Inspector Training Manual, and support quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for data entry.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and ability to produce clear inspection reports.

Required skills

• Proficiency with measurement tools such as meters, gauges, calipers, and other inspection instruments.
• Experience with quality control methods, preferably Six Sigma.
• Basic computer skills for operating inspection equipment and recording data in quality systems.
