Quality Field Technical Operations Specialist

About the role

As a Quality Field Technical Operations Specialist you will ensure that Celsius co‑packers, suppliers and warehouses meet the company’s rigorous quality standards. Based at the Boca Raton headquarters, you will travel extensively across the United States to audit facilities and support production trials.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of co‑packers, suppliers and warehouse operations.
• Perform site capability assessments and validate production equipment.
• Oversee and document product trial runs, including cold‑fill and tunnel pasteurization processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in beverage manufacturing, quality control, or technical support.
• Proven track record auditing facilities for compliance with food safety regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with beverage formulation, ingredient sourcing, flavor development and product trials.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, HACCP, SQF, GMP, SSOPs and COP standards.
