Quality Engineer II – Software QA

About the role

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Quality Engineer II to ensure the quality and reliability of its software applications. Based in Ann Arbor, MI, you will work in an Agile environment developing both automated and manual testing solutions that support the company’s digital transformation. The role combines technical expertise with close collaboration across development, release management and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategies and automation estimates for user stories and maintain comprehensive test plans across multiple environments.
• Design, develop and execute unit, integration, API, regression, end‑to‑end, performance and usability tests.
• Build and maintain automated test suites, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent execution.
• Conduct code reviews of test automation artifacts to guarantee quality, reusability and adherence to standards.
• Partner with developers to achieve full test coverage and resolve defects, documenting issues and validating fixes.
• Perform exploratory testing, analyze failures, and continuously improve test scripts and frameworks.
• Participate in incident analysis and emergency change reviews to identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to write clear defect reports and communicate test results effectively.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and version‑control workflows.
