About the role
Boise Cascade is seeking a motivated Quality Control Technician II to join its manufacturing team. The role focuses on ensuring raw materials and finished products meet strict quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate raw materials and monitor production processes.
- Conduct product testing and collect data for quality analysis.
- Enter data accurately and prepare detailed reports.
- Participate in plant committees, safety programs, and the BIC process.
Required profile
- High level of self‑motivation, accountability, and responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with supervisors and production staff.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Competence in mathematics and basic statistics.
